Description

The Pulse Tachometer (NSN 6680-01-060-7175) is designed and manufactured to meet the demanding requirements of military, defense, and aerospace applications. This military tachometer generates pulses through a reed switch and interfaces with a tachometer drive take-off or adapter on a variety of engines. The DF6169 incorporates an oil-impregnated bearing manufactured in accordance with MIL-B-5687C requirements.

Built for use in harsh operating environments, the DF6169 is constructed with materials that provide excellent protection against exposure to oils, fuels, coolants, and other challenging field conditions. Its durable design makes it suitable for vehicle and equipment applications where reliable speed measurement and long service life are required.

Each unit is manufactured and tested to meet applicable military standards, including requirements related to accuracy, shock, vibration, humidity, high temperature, endurance, corrosion, and immersion.
