SUCO pressure switches and pressure transducers are designed for dependable pressure monitoring and control in food processing and beverage equipment. Manufactured with robust stainless steel construction, they are built to withstand harsh operating environments, including high pressures, elevated temperatures, moisture, and exposure to cleaning chemicals commonly used in food processing facilities.
With long service life, repeatable switching accuracy, and consistent performance, SUCO products help protect equipment, maintain stable operating conditions, and reduce unplanned downtime. From commercial coffee machines and beverage dispensers to combination steamers, and food processing machinery, our pressure switches and transducers provide the durability and precision required for demanding industrial and commercial applications.
Commercial Coffee Machines
SUCO Pressure Switch #0167 monitors incoming water pressure in commercial coffee machines supplied with approximately 3 bar of water pressure. The switch helps protect the heating system by shutting it down if the required pressure is not available.
Soda and Carbonated Beverage Dispensers
Pressure switches help maintain consistent water pressure and carbonation levels in soda dispensing systems. They are commonly used in restaurants, airports, shopping centers, offices, and other commercial beverage installations.
Aircraft Galley Equipment
SUCO Pressure Switch #0186 is used in aircraft galley coffee makers and water boilers to monitor water pressure and support reliable system operation.
Food Dicing and Strip Cutting Machines
Cable-Ready Adjustable Hydraulic Pressure Switch – 0140 and Pressure Switch #0180 are installed in the valve manifold to monitor hydraulic pressure during operation. These switches help ensure reliable machine performance in equipment with production capacities up to 1,500 kg per hour.
Combination Steamers
Pressure Switch #0186 and #0167 monitor water pressure in commercial combination steamers used for roasting, steaming, and cooking. Pressure Switch #0166 monitors the incoming water supply to ensure proper operation.
