The standard SUCO ESI North America warranty is 12 months.

If you encounter any issues with your product, please contact us at 561-989-8499 before returning it. Our service team will assist you with the problem and provide an RMA number if needed.

Some issues, particularly with the GS4200-USB and GD4200-USB transducer, can be caused by incorrect PC settings, and we can advise on this via phone or email to avoid unnecessarily returning the unit.

If it is necessary to return a unit, please ensure to package it securely and include your company details and fault details on accompanying paperwork when returning it.

On receipt of return, each product goes through a test and inspection process. We will issue a report that explains the findings of the testing process, and we will advise if the unit is repairable and what the cost is, or if a completely new unit should be supplied.

Manufacturing errors will be repaired or replaced free of charge during the warranty period. Any damage resulting from improper use, incorrect installation, or customer error will be billed to the customer.

Important: Please be aware the returns and repair process can take up to 4 weeks depending on what the cause is and if it needs extra testing.
