- Suitable for a wide range of industrial applications, including mining
- Durable stainless steel housing for long service life
- Compatible with indicators and alarms
- ATEX/IECEx options available, including M1 for mining applications
Advantages:
The PR3100 series pressure transducers are engineered to meet the diverse needs of industrial pressure measurement applications, with an output of 4-20 mA. Constructed from robust stainless steel, these pressure transmitters incorporate the latest strain gauge technology and a custom IC amplifier, ensuring exceptional stability, accuracy, and a long service life.
Output options include 2 mV/V, 0-20 mA, 0-5 Vdc, and 0-10 Vdc. The electrical connection uses a detachable DIN connector for easy access to zero and span adjustments. The standard pressure connection is 1/2″ BSP, with optional connections including 1/4″ BSP, 1/4″ BSPT, 1/2″ BSPT, 1/4″ NPT, and 1/2″ NPT available on request. The PR3100 series is also available in corrosion-resistant materials such as Hastelloy C and Inconel.
Pressure ranges are available from 0-1 bar to 0-1,000 bar. Typical applications for this series include mechanical and civil engineering, process plants, production test facilities, water resources, power generation, and any fluid or gas applications requiring a stable, repeatable, and accurate output signal of 4-20 mA.
An optional ATEX and IECEx approved version is available for explosion protection in hazardous areas, including flammable gases (zone 0), dusts (zone 20), and mining applications (Group I M1).
Applications:
- Mechanical and civil engineering
- Process plants
- Production test facilities
- Water resources
- Power generation
- Mining industries
- Fluid or gas applications requiring stable and accurate pressure measurement
