How to Use the Pressure Switch
-
Mechanical Installation
Install the pressure switch into the appropriate system port using the correct thread and seal material for your application. Tighten using the 24 mm hex to the recommended torque. -
Electrical Connection
Connect the wiring harness to the Deutsch DT04-2P connector, ensuring proper pin alignment and secure engagement. -
Pressure Adjustment
Adjust the switching point using the internal adjustment mechanism (according to system requirements). Set the pressure at which the switch opens or closes to trigger alarms, control relays, or shut down equipment. -
System Testing
Pressurize the system gradually and verify switching behavior at the desired pressure point before placing the equipment into operation. -
Operation
During operation, the pressure switch continuously monitors system pressure and activates the electrical circuit when the preset pressure threshold is reached.
