Advantages:
The HP1000H Hydrogen High Pressure Transducer is crafted from a single piece of high-strength titanium alloy, with no seals or welds, making it ideal for very high-pressure applications. It operates in ranges up to 5,000 bar, and its material suitability for hydrogen has been confirmed through compatibility testing in accordance with ISO 1114-2:2017. The wetted parts and pressure diaphragm are also machined from a single piece of titanium alloy, ensuring high-pressure integrity and overload capability due to the absence of weld joints. Additionally, the titanium pressure port provides exceptional corrosion resistance.
Designed to withstand demanding environments, this transmitter consistently delivers accurate performance and high durability. It features an industry-standard autoclave process connection for safe and reliable sealing at high pressures. Pressure ranges are available from 0-1,000 bar to 0-5,000 bar, with electrical outputs of 0-100 mV, 0-5 V DC, 0-10 V DC, and 4-20 mA. Applications include aerospace, laboratory testing, oil and gas monitoring, and general industrial use.
Optional features include ATEX and IECEx approved versions for explosion protection in flammable gas environments (Zone 0), dusts (Zone 20), and mining areas (Group I M1), as well as a Marine version that complies with DNV GL rules for the classification of ships and offshore standards.
