Advantages:
The DF6103 series of Pressure Transmitters and Transducers are manufactured to meet the requirements of military standard MIL-T-24742 (SH) for naval shipboard and/or military use and provide outstanding reliability and service in the field. ESI has a proven track record for quality and workmanship and long history of supply to demanding defense applications.
With a 4-20mA current or optional 0-5Vdc voltage output signal, and field-adjustable zero and span adjustment, the transducers are constructed using materials which strictly conform to the requirements outlined in the MIL standard. The latest sensing technology combined with a lightweight robust design ensures stability and high performance even in the most difficult conditions. The DF6103 series offers a direct replacement for older MIL-P-24212C (SH) transmitters in service.
Applications for this transmitter are varied and several options are available for use with steam, sea water, flue gas, oxygen, fresh water, ammonia, condensate, nitrogen, liquid hydrocarbons, and inert gases amongst others.
Our strict final inspection procedure ensures each unit meets the technical and physical standards outlined in the specification including accuracy, shock, vibration, humidity, EMC protection, environmental protection, corrosion, and overpressure.
