The rugged DF6140 Motional Pickup Transducer has a compact design, incorporating a high specification temperature sensor with a low-level mV signal output proportionate to temperature. The units are designed to work on vehicles in challenging environments where constant exposure to oils, fuels and coolants normally found in an engine environment. Therefore, they are constructed using only materials that conform to strict MIL specification, offering outstanding environmental protection when exposed to harsh physical conditions,
ensuring long service life in the field.

All units are tested to the technical and physical standards outlined in the specification, including accuracy, shock, vibration, humidity, high temperature, endurance, environmental protection, corrosion and overpressure. The final inspection protocol confirms each unit is fit for purpose and adheres to the relevant MIL standards. Relevant certification is supplied.
